Kasey joined Granite Financial Group in 2000, coming from another local firm. He soon become an owner and managing partner. Having experienced some of the ways other firms conduct business, Kasey was thrilled to help build a company that has a reputation for unparalleled service.  

Kasey holds a  Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning. He is a Certified Financial PlannerTM, a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM, and an Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM. He is a specialist in designing strategies and plans for the specific needs of retirees, and those still a few years away from retirement. His strategies help sustain income in retirement, maintain low taxes, and achieve clients’ goals through fundamentals-based investment selection, proper risk management, and tax strategies. Kasey believes that a complete plan does not have to be a complex one - it should be simple and bring sufficiency to one’s life and lifestyle.  

Kasey loves to teach! His first degree is in Education (B.S.). He created the American Retirement Series - a public, multi-part education program that prepares soon-to-be retirees on Social Security, Medicare, and IRS rules on retirement savings. He presents this program to our community on-goingly, to those who are close to retirement. 

To keep sharp on the constantly-changing rules and regulations affecting retiree finances, Kasey constantly sits with industry leaders to hone his skills and create even better strategies to serve his clients. He is a member of Ed Slott’s Master Elite IRA Advisor Group, a national group which cultivates cutting-edge strategies to navigate constantly changing IRA rules and regulations. He is also a member of the Investments and Wealth Institute, and the Financial Planning Association.

 In addition to assisting clients with their financial plans he is very active in the legislative side of the financial and insurance industry. He regularly travels to the state and national capitals to discuss important issues with elected officials, and to lobby for retiree issues.

 Kasey and his wife Judy live in Keller and have three adult boys. They enjoy cruising and traveling, spending time with family, and being part of the local community.
